bakit pag andito ka tsaka ko nafifeel yung pagka-OP ko. Parang may something sayo na hindi ko maintindihan. Simula nung nagkasama tayo sa iisang bubong medyo nairita ako sa ugali mo kasi medyo may pagkamaarte ka at ang moody pero naintindihan ko yun nung nagtagal ka kasi alam ko medyo richkid ka. pero ngayon parang yung ugali mo nakakairita na ewan. Pag andito ka ako yung walang masabi, ako yung parang ayaw mong kasama. Ano ba? kasi laging yung mataba kong friend yung pinapansin mo (oo alam ko natutuwa ka sakanya) pero pag sakin lalo na pag tayong dalawa lang naiwan sa apartment ang tahimik! Hindi naman kami genyan dati eh. Ok medyo mean na ko sayo pero naman kasi pinaparamdam mo sa akin na parang ayaw mo sa akin. Girl!

It’s our 15th monthsary today. Right after ng class nya nagkita kami sa may tapat ng FEU kasi sabay kaming mag-lunch :). Sa Dimsum Break kami kumain kasi sabi nya masarap daw. Then nag-order kami ng value meal dun for 99 pesos. Infairness masarap nga!
him: gusto mo pa ng rice?
me: ayoko na busog na ko.
him: ahh ok sige. (parang nanghihinayang yung mukha nya kasi gutom pa sya)
me: ang sarap nitong butchi baby!
him: oo nga masarap nga. Baby tingin ka sa left mo (sabay kinain nya yung butchi ko!! na isang kagat ko pa lang at isang piraso lang yun!)
me: (Pagtingin ko sa tinidor ko) Hala!! bakit mo kinain!!!! akin yun eh!
him: (tawa lang sya ng tawa)
Ang kulit nya kanina!!! Tapos lahat ng sinasabi ko nung naglalakad kami pauwi inuulit nya at ginagaya nya yung boses kong maliit.

Hello December! :)
Hindi ako makakauwi sa amin sa Cavite for 3 weeks!!!
- Hindi na ako umuwi ngayong weekend dahil exam week ko na.
- Next weekend hindi ulit ako uuwi dahil sa Girl’s night out namin ng mga highschool friends ko na andito din sa manila
- Tapos next next week yung 16K run ko na sa Dec 15 yun.
- Tapos next next next week hindi parin ako uuwi dahil birthday ng pamangkin ng boyfriend ko. Sunday yun sa dec 22.
- Sa dec 23 pala birthday na ng ate ko. uuwi na ako nun kahit hindi kami ok ng ate ko.
- Hindi ko pa alam kung what date kami maglilipat ng bahay. OMG! ang daming ganap ngayong dec!!
Merry Christmas in advance everyone!! Sana buo kaming family sa christmas (my no.1 wish this Christmas) ^__^

Sobrang natouch ako sa gift nya sakin kasi may meaning :)
Eto yung wallet ko for almost 4 years. Pa-bday ko sa sarili ko to eh. Marami na nagbigay sakin ng wallet pero di ko mapalitan itong wallet ko kasi maganda pa sya noon at talagang matibay. Pero ngayon nagtitiklap na yung balat nito at sira-sira na yung mga lagayan sa loob. Ang cute pa naman nito kasi purple :3
Then eto pala yung another surprise ng baby ko for me. Naaawa na daw kasi sya sa wallet ko kahit alam nyang mahalaga yun sakin. Ipalit ko na lang daw itong gift nya. Sobrang saya ko kanina habang nagdidinner kami kasi ang sweet nya! LOL
Finally after 4 years may magagamit na akong matinong wallet. haha
Kitang-kita naman yung saya ko dito oh. lol

The 10 Mistakes You Make When Running
- You don’t switch your route: Same time, same route can make for a boring workout — and stats that don’t ever improve. Switching up your route will challenge different muscles, keep you motivated, and improve your running skills. Don’t stick to your tried-and-true trail; find a new running route with these tips.
- You don’t fuel right: You may be able to power through a short run without any food, but if you’re going long, you need fuel and water. Time your run so it’s two to three hours after a meal, or have a snack full of carbs and protein (like one of these pre-workout snacks) about 30 minutes to an hour before you go for a run. Don’t forget to drink plenty of water well before you step out; drinking too much right before you go can cause cramps.
- You don’t warm up: Starting your run at full force is not a good idea. You’ll feel sluggish, tight, and discouraged if you don’t warm up before that sprint. Do a light jog or five minutes of brisk walking before starting your actual run.
- You don’t cool down: You came, you conquered, you’re done with your run. Don’t stop now, however; you still need to take a few minutes to stretch your warmed muscles to help you recover. These postrun stretches will help increase your flexibility and reduce muscle soreness.
- You don’t check your form: Running may seem natural, but a few body adjustments can make a big difference, allowing you to run faster, longer, and more efficiently. Make a mental note to pay attention to your running form every once in a while; your shoulders should be relaxed and down, your arms should swing parallel to the ground (without crossing your midsection), and your head should be up and looking forward, not down. - You don’t challenge yourself: If you want to be a better runner, you need to up your pace. Intervals and tempo runs help you increase your speed in the short term, so that in the long run, you become a faster, better runner.
- You run in the wrong gear: Sweat-soaked cotton shirts, shoes without enough support, and pants with chafing seams — all of these can cut a run short or at least make you not want to go out again. Invest in a few key pieces once you’ve upped your mileage; you’ll be surprised by how much what you wear matters. - You push yourself too hard: Challenging yourself is great, but doing too much too soon is a common cause of runner burnout, not to mention injuries. Start off slow and gradually increase your pace as you get more comfortable. Remember not to ramp up your mileage too quickly; increase your total by only 10 percent every week.
- Your strides are too long: It may feel good to bound down that trail, but if you make a habit of taking too-long strides, you may tire more quickly. Shorter strides are also easier on your knees, so if you find yourself going long, shorten your steps and see if it feels better.
- You’re not consistent: It’s not going to get easier unless you stick with it. Try to run three times a week if you want to become a better runner; you’ll be amazed at how much easier that three-miler seems after just a few weeks of running.
